For you crabs out there I know it's not officially spring yet, but the buying season is upon us and I have a few tips for buyers (especially first time buyers). The first thing you should know is there are always more houses coming out for sale. Many first time home buyers ride a tidal wave of emotion as their "must have homes" slip through their fingers. Don't stress, if you didn't get it, it wasn't meant to be and another house you'll like better is usually just around the corner.
In the interest of brevity here are the key points to make your home search as stress free and successful as possible. 1. Get our 2017 Home Buyer's Guide and read it (short e-book). 2. For those of whom don't want to read it, get a buyer's agent. 3. DO NOT SIGN A BUYER BROKER CONTRACT. 4. DO NOT AGREE TO PAY THE BROKER ANYTHING, they should be compensated by the seller. Follow those simple rules and you'll have a good start, good luck and contact someone on the team if you want a great agent who will work hard in YOUR best interest.
