    There has been some confusion about the guarantees offered by agents competing with us for listings. To keep it short and to the point our cancellation guarantee states "if you are not satisfied" most of our competitors state "if the agent fails to do their job". Seem similar? There is a world of difference.

    To give you a real life expample, I went on a listing presentation and lost the listing :( happens, what can you do. Flash forward two months and the homeowner called me up to complain that he had never seen the agent that took his listing since the listing paperwork was completed, no-one returns his calls, and the home wasn't being marketed at all. He called to cancel the listing and they pointed out that the agent had done their job in his estimation my putting the home on the MLS, so there was no grounds to cancel the listing.

    We offer to cancel your listing at anytime if you are unhappy with our services, big difference. The foundation of our team is honesty, integrity and communication. So when you think you are getting the same things we offer from another agent, read the fine print; then call us.
